Japanese business UI, by industry
A model that had never seen GunjoUI, an open-source design system on npm, was given its package and docs and nothing else, then asked to build the screens a Japanese team would actually work in. It produced 175 of them across 20 industries. Everything is published, including what broke.
What these screens are
The series calls each one a round: one industry, one screen, built cold. A rail operations board. A long-term-care billing run. A qualified-invoice entry form. Whatever comes out is published exactly as produced, along with what broke and what GunjoUI turned out to be missing.
So each round shows three things at once: how the screen is laid out for its industry, why it is built that way, and what components it was assembled from. This is a record of the work, not a portfolio of finished products.
Where the English versions stand
The Japanese write-up is the original, and all 175 screens are published in Japanese. English versions are being written industry by industry. None are live yet. Until an industry has an English write-up of its own, the links below open its Japanese page, where screenshots, components, and source are all readable without Japanese.

The model got only the design system. You do not have to. UIXHERO publishes reference material on the patterns these screens use: progressive disclosure, scannability, error recovery, component choice. Useful if you are designing for the Japanese market and want the reasoning as well as the examples.
